DePaul’s T-Shirt Factory is a not-for-profit affirmative business that employees individuals with a mental health diagnosis who reside in Monroe County. The shop produces screen printed and embroidered apparel as well as a wide range of promotional products. DePaul’s T-Shirt Factory offers mental health consumers an opportunity to learn the job skills they may need to enter a competitive employment market while earning above minimum wage in a community-based business. After sufficient employment skills are learned, the individual moves to competitive employment.
